Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Relay Partners Group (“Relay”, “we”) collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions: marcus@relaypartnersgroup.com.

Information about applicants and clients

When you apply: the details you enter in the application form — name, work email, phone (if you give it), company, website, industry, company size and anything you choose to tell us. With your application we also record your time zone, the type of device and browser you used, how you first reached our website (the referring website or the campaign link you clicked), and a record that you accepted the service agreement — the time and the exact wording. The form is processed by our website host, Netlify, and stored in our client database (Google Firebase).
When you pay: your name, company, email and billing details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive your name, email and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
When you sign in to the client portal: if you use Google, we receive your name, email address and profile photo from your Google account. If you use an email link, we receive your email address. We use this only to show you your own workspace. We also record when you sign in to the portal (your first and last visit and how many times).
When you work with us: the information you give us about your business and ideal clients (including the campaign setup in your portal), the messages you send us in the portal, what you tell us happened with each lead, and our email correspondence.

Information about prospects

To run programs, we use business contact details — name, job title, company, business email and business location — from licensed business databases and public business sources. We contact business addresses only, about business services only.

Anyone can opt out of our emails at any time using the instruction in the email, or by writing to us. Opt-outs are honoured within 24 hours and kept on a permanent suppression list so the person is never contacted again by any of our programs.

How we use information

To review applications, deliver the service, send reports and manage billing.
To run outreach programs you have approved.
To keep the service secure and comply with the law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us operate: Netlify (website and application form), Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (portal sign-in and client records), Zoho (email) and our email-sending platform. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Cookies and storage

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers in your browser which website or campaign link you first arrived from, so we know which of our campaigns reached you; this is sent to us only if you submit an application. The client portal stores a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in. You can clear both at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not proceed: deleted within 90 days.
Client account and billing records: as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Program prospect data: deleted within 30 days after your engagement ends.
Opt-out list: kept permanently, so we never contact someone who asked us not to.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing marcus@relaypartnersgroup.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for clients, notify you by email.
