Compliance & Sending Standards
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Outbound email only works long-term when it is done responsibly. These are the standards every Relay program follows, for every client, without exception.
CAN-SPAM Act
- Honest headers. Every email is sent from a real, identified sender. “From” names and reply addresses are accurate.
- Honest subject lines. Subject lines reflect the content of the message. We never disguise outreach as a reply, an invoice or personal correspondence.
- A valid postal address is included in every commercial email.
- A working opt-out is offered in every email. Requests are honoured within 24 hours — well inside the 10 business days the law allows — and are permanent.
Opt-outs and suppression
Anyone who asks not to be contacted is added to a permanent suppression list that applies across all Relay programs, not just the one that emailed them. You can also request removal directly: marcus@relaypartnersgroup.com.
Who we contact
- Business contacts at business addresses only, about business services only.
- No consumer lists, no personal email addresses, no purchased “blast” lists.
- Contact data comes from licensed B2B databases and public business sources.
Email only — no calls or texts
Relay programs use email exclusively. We do not make cold calls, send text messages or use automated dialers on behalf of clients.
Sending infrastructure
- Programs run on dedicated sending domains owned by Relay — never on a client’s own domain.
- Every sending domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Inboxes are warmed before use and capped at 30 sends per day each.
Payments and client data
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Client portal access requires Google sign-in or a verified one-time email link, and each client can see only their own records.
Reporting a concern
If you believe an email from a Relay program did not meet these standards, write to marcus@relaypartnersgroup.com. We reply within one business day.
